The Institute For Community believes that spirituality is a fundamental spoke in every person's Wheel of Life. A balanced wheel with spokes of family, recreation, education & career, spirituality, and health & wellness can lead to an abundant, fulfilled life.

The IFC also believes that churches are the foundations of strong communities, providing direction, assistance, and opportunities for individuals to serve others and become part of something greater than themselves. The IFC has developed programs to assist churches in becoming an active participant in neighborhoods in existing communities as well as new neighborhood initiatives.

The IFC has recently formed an International Missions Committee to make a difference where people live and work across the world. Our first International Missions project is Casa De Luz (House of Light) family resource center located in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
